Sunshine Beach! Hard to keep your shoes on!

I met these two over in Nicaragua on a surf trip, we were just hanging out hunting waves, sipping on coconuts on the beach when we started to realise we had become pretty tight on our holidays. They mentioned they planned to get married and I straight away offered to shoot the wedding but didn’t really think it would happen as they lived way down in Victoria and I’m in Wollongong.

A few years later and it was all locked in. Except they decided to get married at Sunshine Beach and make a surf trip out of it at the same time. They had to postpone for two years from covid but when the day came oh man was it amazing!

They had a first look overlooking sunshine beach and then had the reception and the ceremony at the sunshine beach surf club which was an epic venue overlooking the ocean. Safe to say after the speeches and tears were had, we tore up the dance floor until they kicked us out!
